Who we are

Quito Airport Transfer is a booking platform. Rides are provided by independent, licensed, airport-authorized carriers we coordinate. We collect payment as the carrier’s booking and payment channel. By booking, you agree these terms govern your use of the platform and the transfer service coordinated through it.

Bookings & pricing

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and are prepaid flat rates, confirmed before payment. Published one-way luxury-SUV rates are $50 to Wyndham Quito Airport (Tababela), $75 to anywhere in Cumbayá, and $100 to anywhere in Quito city. Bookings require at least 3 calendar days’ notice (the earliest pickup is three days from today) so a licensed driver can be confirmed. The fare covers the vehicle, licensed driver, tolls, parking, meet & greet, and flight tracking. Add-ons (round trip, child seats, extra stops) are itemized at checkout.

Payment

The fare is collected up front at the time of booking as the carrier's booking and payment channel. Your booking is confirmed once payment is received and you are issued a reference number.

Cancellations

See our cancellation & refund policy. In short: free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup; within 24 hours or no-show is non-refundable.

The ride

Rides are provided by independent, licensed, airport-authorized carriers. You agree to provide accurate pickup details and a valid flight number where applicable, and to be ready at the scheduled pickup time.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Quito Airport Transfer acts as a booking intermediary. Nothing here limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
